Naivety isn’t Virtuous, but Seeking Knowledge is
One thing I must forgive myself for is naivety.
Not all glitter is gold,
as Pony Boy once said,
And I see the rust under the paint now.
I can’t believe in
3 heads as one being
and sing praises
of a prophetic man
that some claim
as our Creator,
as heresy runs through the books.
If I am to believe,
I would rather bow
in reverence
to the One who created me.
